TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
All purchases and transactions carried out through this website are subject to a confirmation and verification process, which may include verification of product stock and availability, validation of payment method and compliance with the conditions required by the selected payment method.
Chema Keys through its website grants a license for users to use the products that are sold on this website according to the Terms and Conditions described in this document.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of the content providers. Unless otherwise specified, our products are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall this company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
PURCHASING PROCESS ON THE WEB
- In order to purchase, you must select your products, add them to the cart, fill out the form correctly and select the payment method (you will be redirected to the payment gateway of the selected payment method). You do not need to be registered to make the purchase.
- You can purchase any product available in our store, as long as it is available for sale and properly detailed in our catalog.
- For retail sales, the price of each product is only the price listed in the catalog. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
- The details of each product are specified in the corresponding article and each product must comply with what is specified. The images of the products are only a representation of these, so they may not reflect the final product. Everything is detailed in the product description.
ABOUT THE PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCT

- PayPal (International purchases)
For all legal purposes Chema Keys sends the original product license via email whose validity is guaranteed by the suppliers. You will have an exchange guarantee period in case of license activation problems, as long as the license has not been revoked for not respecting the conditions of the product (installation on more computers than those provided by the license).
EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT AND RETURN POLICIES
Our refund policy is not eligible on digital products (activation keys). Our warranty is only valid when it is verified that the product failed or if the activation code is not valid, in these cases the warranty or full refund will be effective.
In the event that the license delivered does not work, you can request a replacement (exchange the product for a new one), this has the following conditions:
- The product must be within the license term.
- The product did not work after following all the indications and recommendations of the support team.
To request a purchase cancellation, you must send us an email with the specific reason for the cancellation and proof of purchase to our email email@example.com. In case of confirming the cancellation, the refund will be made within 14 working days through the payment collector.
No refunds will be made through manual wire transfers.
In the event that the license has been activated, redeemed or used outside the warranty period, the warranty or refund will not be valid, without exceptions.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
- By purchasing a product in our store you agree and respect the following:
- I understand that I am purchasing a license for the use of a software product (antivirus or program) with a validity period stipulated in the description.
- I agree that once I redeem, activate or receive the license I cannot return it and that it cannot be resold.
- The warranty for "permanent/perpetual" products is 1 year, the product has a minimum guaranteed validity of 1 year, so if the license expires after that year no refund can be made, only product changes.
- Before purchasing a product I must investigate if my device/computer is able to install the software, if in doubt you can communicate through the chat on the website to find out if the device is suitable for running the program, otherwise it is assumed that the customer is already aware of this information, so no refund / cancellation of the license purchased once accepted this term will not be made.
- The customer must ensure that he/she has purchased the correct product. Since it is a digital product, it cannot be returned as we cannot ascertain whether the product key sent was redeemed or not.
- In case of problems I accept that Chema Keys will offer me the necessary help to solve the problem.
- I have answered my questions, read all the features and conditions regarding the product.
- Chema Keys will not be responsible for forgotten passwords in products with credentials (Microsoft Office 365, etc).
- Once the product has been shipped and activated, no license replacement will be made in case of formatting and no refunds will be issued.
- Activation codes have a validity time after being issued, the customer is asked not to keep it more than 14 days for security reasons, if kept more days these are out of warranty.
- The customer is responsible for activating the product within the specified period, if the customer does not activate the license within the specified period will be responsible for the invalidity of the product.
- The customer must make sure to buy the correct product, since it is a digital product and the redemption or use of the product can not be checked, it can not be returned after receiving the product key.
- It is the customer's obligation to read carefully the characteristics of each product, all the information about it is on the same page of the product.
- Chema Keys is not associated with any brand or company, no refunds or exchanges will be made due to external company policies.
- No refunds will be given once all the above terms have been accepted, except in the case of an invalid activation key.
The license is for personal use and can only be installed on the number of computers defined by the license. If you purchase a license for one computer, do not attempt to install it on more than one computer or share it, the blocking of licenses for not respecting this condition does not entitle you to any refund or exchange.
DEADLINE FOR SENDING THE LICENSE
The delivery of the license is immediate, otherwise it could take up to 24 hours, most of the time it will be sent a few minutes or hours after paying for the product. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours if the purchase is made on weekends or holidays. If you have not received your license within 24 hours please contact us. Check your spam or promotions folder in your email provider. Also be sure to put your email address correctly to avoid errors in the shipment of the product.
